My grandaughter is 19 mo. old and her father has visitation based on the spo. Even though she is not in school, she is picked up and returned according to when school begins and ends. But the spo says on Wed. nights "during the school year". Does this mean there are no Wed's visitation during the summer and no Sunday over nights since there is no school on Monday? Thanks

my husband's custody order reads the same way about wednesdays and sundays, but this is because he has the children every other week during summer vacation, so neither one comes into play over the summer. is there more written in the order regarding the summer?

in florida, the order should read something about the summer visits, like half of the summer months, which means half of the summer break than when school begins it goes back to the every other weekend and wed visit

When school lets out he gets his 30 days, instead of the wednesdays and sundays. when school starts again he gets them back. :)

We also have the spo, and they read the same as yours, but we still get him on Wed., and keep him until Mon. on our weekends. Not saying this is the correct way, only that it's the way we do it. We also choose to split our 30 days up in 2 different visits.
