No harm to the OP if he/she were to sign and file a substitution of Attorney making him/her a Pro Se litigant. It's a very simple procedure. If served with any future litigation, the OP can simply get an Attorney who will take care of the substitution paperwork, unless the OP believes they can save money by acting in Pro Per--that is, if they're confident enough to handle it.Please don't..... ?
