My court date was yesterday and my X came into the court room wiped out on drugs. He could not even hold his eyes open. The judge and attorneys new he was high. The Judge done told him he was on something and he was not fooling him. But the confusing thing to me was what more evidence than him being high in the court room did I need. The judge still gave him unsupervised visitation with the stipulation that if I thought he was high, the kids were not to go with him. Why is the court system so screwed up?
