My husband and I want to have a kid we are both males. His ex wife wants to have a child too. So can all three of us have custody? Is the any information online that can help me make up documents to get notarized?

No. YOu cannot have joint custody. You would NOT be a parent in this situation. This situation is fraught with difficulties. And notarization means nothing. You need to go through an actual surrogate if you want to be a daddy.
