My son in law is in prison until may 10th of this year. when he gets out he will be living with us. my daughter is on parole and is at risk of going to prison herself for lack of payment and job. they have 2 kids and are currently living with us. My husband and I would like to retain custody at least temporary for the children to assure they are safe if our daughter does go to jail. What papers do we need to file and what would the cost be? We do not have alot of money and our daughter and son in law are agreeable.
