Termination of parental rights

Washington State- OUR PARENTAL RIGHTS WERE TERMINATED IN 2001. CPS GAVE TEMP. CUSTODY TO MY HOSTILE MOTHER. KATE WILL BE 16 OCT 01 THIS YEAR. AT WHAT POINT ARE WE ABLE TO REESTBLISH OUR RELATIONSHIP, WE WERE AND ARE NOT UNFIT PARENTS! THERE WERE MERELY ALIGATIONS AND I FEEL OUR FAMILY WAS TORN APART UNJUSTLY.

When she's an adult. Until then, you can only have the contact her guardians permit. Since your rights were terminated (NOT something that is done lightly, so I suspect there is more to the story than you've provided), how do you know she has not been adopted?

Parental rights are NOT terminated based on allegations. They are terminated after SEVERAL hearings. There would have been a trial. You would have been served. You would have had a chance to present evidence as would CPS. They would have proven you were unfit. If your rights were terminated, are you sure your mother did not ADOPT your former daughter?
