I'm wondering about the laws on reporting child abuse. 2 years ago, my child broke his collarbone during 2 week summer visit with NCP. Long story short, at the time of the incident I was told it happened playing football. Recently my son revealed that it actually happened when the adult, male babysitter grabbed him and threw him to the ground -- no football. My son said NCP told him to say it happened playing football.
Is there any way for me to pursue abuse charges now?
