What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

A document was filed and this is what it says "MTN F W/Drawl O CNSL/JP". Does anyone know what that means?

I can only guess, but the first thing I thought of when I saw it is

Motion for Withdrawl of Counsel. Who has an attorney that doesn't want to be their attorney anymore?

I think it is shorthand for:

Motion for withdrawal of counsel/JP. It sounds like someone's attorney has filed a motion to withdraw from the case.
