Maryland. What rights do I have over my unborn child? My ex girlfriend is pregnant with my child and is drinking heavily. She also wants to put my child up for adoption without my consent. She also lives in Pennsylvania, I live in Maryland.
You have no rights over your ex's body which is, at the moment, the only body which counts.
A quick glance indicates that PA has a putative fathers registry of some sort (the purpose of which is to prevent Mom from arranging an adoption without your knowledge):
