Okay, I understand that. But how can he prove that I have done those things then? I am hardly ever where he lives, so how could someone that is never around me be a credible witness?

No one said his witnesses are credible. The judge could find his witnesses credible however due to their testimony. If you don't know how to cross examine them that could hurt your case.

You need to get away from absolutes. Do you know who his witness is?
