My husband has three beautiful girls that are between the ages of 10 and 7. They had been living with their mother and step father in Florida up until she sent them to live with us 9 months ago. We found out that while in her care there was some pretty horrible things being done to them. We field for custody and she gave in , now she is wanting to give up rights and has asked that we figure out how it is done sense she is not here. My husband and I are ok with this, infact we feel it best that I adoped them. But we are lost as to what we need to do. I mean both sides would like to go through with it, but how?
