What is the name of your state?Indiana

2 questions - first of all, in a custody suit where the mother is trying to take custody from the father - can the father's attorney have him testify, then have his girlfriend testify, then can the father go back up to testify again? This is after the mother's attorney has already ended their portion. If the father wants to clarify what his girlfriend has said, can he be called back up again, or can the mother's attorney or judge object?

Next, what is the time frame for filing an appeal? I have heard rumors that there is only a 30 day window.

Thanks.

Yes. This is called "Redirect" in legal terms.

It depends on your state's laws.
