What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York. What is the age in NY when a child can say they don't want to visit with non-custodial parent? thanks.

Technically, the child can *say* that they don't want to visit before they are 18.

However, until the child is 18, this has as much... enforceability as the child saying "I want a military T-72 tank for my birthday and I'm gonna get it!"
