What is the name of your state? new jersey
I have custody of my 2 children ages 16 & 14..my ex doesn't pay cs or work. she is remarried 2x and has 1 child from 2nd marriage and 1 from 3rd. About a month ago my 16 1/2 son and i had an argument and he went to his moms..i receieved papers from a lawyer with her requesting i sign son over and start paying her cs? my son still comes over to my house on a regular basis but is not sure where he wants to live..says its easier to be at moms so she will stop bugging him to come over. I have never asked her for cs since she had a stroke in 2002 (she is fully recovered) Do i need to pay cs since she has never supported kids while with me. I still have 14 yr old daughter and i am remarried. what are my rights?
