Can a combined governmental Summons and Complaint or Supplemental Complaint Regarding Parental Obligations (i.e. (governmental JC form 1299.01 and related docs) be legally brought only in connection with divorce proceedings pending between the same parties? Is the use of this form legal if brought separate of any other proceeding?
