What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Rochester New York for now she lives in Fort Worth TX

I owe almost 30,000$ in back support for two kids I haven't seen in 2 years. I have made my new wife and our child we have together primary and secondary beneficiaries. My ex can petit in to get the insurance if I die before her but how long does she have to petition? If after a year she petitions will she be granted to collect my insurance from my wife?

We are not here to help parents circumnavigate court orders or to evade their responsibilities.

Why don't you meet your legal obligations instead? Your first two kids are entitled to be supported by BOTH of their parents. No one can force you to spend time with them but you ARE obligated to support them so instead of trying to figure out a way to prevent them from getting any of your life insurance proceeds, why don't you just be a man and meet your legal obligations to them. I feel sorry for your second wife who will likely have to deal with this same crap when you divorce her and move on to the next unfortunate woman.

Wow. This guy is...... Wow.

I wish his "new wife" would read his posts so she could see what sort of "man" she chose to father her children. What a disgusting piece of.... <feces>.
