What is the name of your state? Missouri

Just received a "questionaire" from the Prosecuting Attorney to modify CS order. Ex says did not ask this nor did know anything about it. Can the state just decide to up CS without either party asking for a review? If so why would they need current spouse's info along with mine? What is the name of your state?

Yes the state can just decide to review child support and modifying it. The Prosecution wants to see amount available to the household. Only you are responsible for supporting your child.
