TN Child Support Laws: The mother of my child (paternity has not been done yet) will not let me see her. If paternity does come back and she is mine will I have to pay back child support? She is 2. and what are some steps I need to take to get this process started? Is there free DNA tests?

You have to go with the state's DNA testing. Otherwise, you're wasting money.
