Can you tell me how, I can get my son's father to sign the birth cetificate? Also if he doesn't work is there any way to get some support?

He doesn't have to sign the birth certificate. Apparently you are not married to him so what you do is you file to establish patenrity and support through the courts. That will get you a court order for support. Whether he pays is anyone's guess.
