If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it - I was told by the maricopa courts that in order to ask for reinbursement from my x for his portion of child care cost over the last 4 months (which increases 41%) - that I would have to compelte a Blank Motion. I am uncertain as to how to write up the request. I have the request completed to change current child support orders, as the expenses have increased as explained, but it does not allow addressing the last 4 months (the prior to filing) - so I was told to complete a blank order as well and submit them together. Can anyone assist on how the paragraph should be written?
