Wisconsin is the state in which I ask from.
I have outstanding arrears owed to me. Can that be past on to the person it was ment for upon my death. I ask because if I were to have that $ now I would pass it to my son. So if it is owed to me should it not be paid to him upon my death. What do I need to do to have that happen? Has it ever been done before? My child is no longer a child so care is not the issue.
