My ex was arrested today in Texas and posted a $10,000 cash bond, if he appears at the next court date will he receive that money back or will it be forwarded to me? His arrears are $50k. The capias says "It is ordered that XXXX is conferred a cash bond of $10,000. Pursuant to Section 157.107 of the Texas Family Code, after release from detention, XXXX appearance bond shall be forfeited upon failure to appear at the hearing on the Motion for Enforcement of Child Support Order.
