I have 2 brief questions.

1. Is child care cost included in child support fees or is it mandatory to pay 50/50 if you otherwise dont know?

2. Do I have to pay for 1/2 the cost of preschool if custodial parent chooses to put the child in preschool?

You have to pay whatever your court order says you have to pay. You do not have to pay anything that's not in the court order. So what does the court order say?
