I am turning 21 in less then one month, I have Autism.. my parents lived together in CA i was also born there. My mother filed for divorce & because my father was in the military & had a job he obtained full custody, however my mother had raised me, my father never attempted to send money or ever help me out in anyway. My mother did even though she didnt have custody. So my question is can i file foe child support from my parents.. but who? my mother did NOT have custody & my father did but never paid a dime to help me grow. Like i said i have Autism im very high functioning (Aspergers Syndrome) I have been on my own 100% since april 28th 2010 at 19 years old. however due to the fact i have autism it is very extremely hard for me to hold down a job longer then 30 days & i also have a in home care provided paid throu the state he takes care of me. currently we are VERY VERY VERY poor and live in a cheap hotel i have more illness then autism & he takes care of me & we dont have any money i only get SSI. HELP!

Child support is owed to a parent, not the child.(only in very rare curcunstances-your situation is not one of them.)
You are an adult and regardless of your disabilities, your parents are no longer legally obligated to support you.
