can anyone tell me.. i have tried to get c/s modified but lawyers got in the way.. i am owed over 1000 dollars in c/s overpayments and my ex still owes me 7000 for divorce agreement. She was found in contempt but the judge allowed her 120 monthly till it is paid. Also my son will be 18 and graduate in june can i get cs to stop till she pays this back?? or can i get c/s to pay me the overpayment???and my divorce agreement states she has to supply me with invoices within 30 days yet she goes back 2 years for reimbursement any help???
