My ex-wife and I have 4 children. They have lived with her since our divorce. 3 months ago my son moved in with me, so now she has 3 kids and I have 1.
I have two questions:
1) What do I need to do to make this legal and how much will it cost?
2) How will child support be calculated? Will I pay my ex for 3 kids and she pay me for 1 or will my son and one of the other children kind of cancel each other out and I pay her for 2 kids? This is important because if she has to pay me for one child (and I pay for 3)using georgia guidelines then I will owe much less support to her than if I just paid her for 2 kids.
