What is the name of your state? ma i have full custudy of my daughter my ex was ordered to pay 3 years ago i have only seen 6 checks. he owes over 20,000 i just got an order to pay for my son that he kidnapped from me how can he do that doesnt he need custudy of him first.

1. Have you filed contempt charges against him for non-payment?

2. Please explain what YOU mean by "kidnapping" and what order is now place?
