What is the name of your state? i live in manila philippines and my 3 kids, but my husband lives in san jose california, and my problem is , he stops sending us financial support for almost a year now, and doesnt answer my calls and my text, including my email. i dont know what to do. i have no work.

You can't rely on the Father to 100 % support you and the children . Get a Job .

Why are you living in separate countries?
File for divorce and child support.
