child support

What is the name of your state? i live in pennsylvania, my boyfriend lives in new jersey. he recently told me he is looking into bankrupcy. my question is can this affect him giving me child support once my baby is born. i am due in sept.What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? pa

His filing for bankruptcy will have no affect on child support. He will still be obligated to pay it.

HE will be obligated ONCE there is a legal paternity determination and an order for child support is established.
