Child Support

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My divorce was final on 11/01/2007. I brought my wife back to Court for primary res. for my son. Now I have my 17 and 13 year olds with me as prim. res. My 10 yld has 50/50 custody. My ex is supposed to take the 17 and 13 both 2 overnights a week. Well she actually only takes them once every 4 months or so. The reason, they don't get along with her boyfriend. Now I am paying her Child Support and want to either get it dropped or make her pay me. Heres the tricky part. She co-owns a cleaning company but makes all the money under the table. Now she has agreed to drop it but changed her mind. So I want to file myself. Now how do I do the Child support worksheet when the 3 kids have different visitation schd and I don't know her real income?

We're in the same boat right now. You don't do the child support worksheet if she won't provide the info and agree to the change. You have to file a petition to modify your support, which is exactly what my husband and I are having to do. She then has to show income verification to the judge. Good luck!

And if Mom is not earning, or is seen as under-earning, she can be imputed a wage and the calculation can be figured from that.
