child support

florida,

If i was ordered to pay child support back in 2001, i could not respond because i was incarcerated, Can i be charged the whole time i was incarcerated which was 6 1/2 years?

And when i pay the child support can they keep my child from me due to the fact that i was unable to contact the ex wife and/or my daughter because i was incarcerated for 6 1/2 years as well as my past history which the ex wife knew about when we were married?

please help me with this...What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You owe any CS amounts you have not paid, regardless of the circumstances of why you haven't paid.

CS is separate from visitation/custody. If you do not have a court order for visitation, Mom does not have to let you see Daughter.
