child support after mediation?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new jersey

my fiance` got divorced a few years ago through mediation. Under the mediation there is no child support. we have both the children from the previous marriage and he is supposed to pay for medical expenses(which he doesn't) We haven't gone to court because we don't have the money to do so. What can we do? are there attorneys that will work free until there is a settlement? how much would court costs run (average)?

You can't do anything ~ You personally need to stay removed from this issue as it will cause your boyfrield problems.. Your boyfriend should consult an attorney. There is also great information available through the court's website.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
