What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question. I apologize in advance.

Are child support arrears (that have been reduced to a judgment), exempt from creditors?

(In most cases)
The judgment is an asset... However, another creditor can step into the shoes of the judgement creditor and pursue collections on the judgment debtor.

Is the above statement true for a money judgment that was originally a child support arrearage, but now reduced to a money judgment.
