So I have been awarded full physical custody due to my ex-wife willfully abandoning my son & moving to Cabo San Lucas, his Aunts or her sisters have legally joined the case & gotten visitation as well as joint legal custody.

Am I able to file for child support against them ?

That shouldn't have happened. Are you sure? What is the exact wording of the order?

I have full physical custody(he lives w/ me) his Aunts have weekend visits, mom is gone to Cabo San Lucas(last place we know of)she completly & willfully abandoned him, no one has any way of contacting her, no phone # no physical address.

I would also contact CSE to see about opening a case. They have the ability to go after Mom.
