My ex recently filed for bankruptcy. I;m not sure if he filed Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 but I was told that child support can be temporarily stopped, and resume later. Is this true? We had it modified 2 months ago, and I think he filed bankruptcy so that it can stop even if temporary. Please help. Thanks!
