Child Support Calculation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My 16 year old son went to live with his dad? His dad is taking me to court to modify our current order so that he can receive child support from me. Will my husband's income (my son's step-father) be used to calculate how much child support I will be ordered to pay?

Most states don't calculate the spouse's income.
