Child support calculation

Oregon (only U.S. law)? My ex kidnapped our children from me 12 years ago. I have seen neither of them since. Oregon granted her custody tho I was the stable, non-drug addicted parent. She never asked me for child support. I received a warrant for food-stamp fraud and did time for her crime (I had signed the food stamp papers). I’ve been unable to get a job since the felony charge. As a black man without means, I lived in the mountains for years and "worked" as a street musician to eat. Recently I have been living with a domestic partner in WA state and registered my ID. Oregon contacted me about my ex. She was recently put in jail for assaulting my son while under the influence of drugs. My children are now in foster care and Oregon is requesting child support. I doubt they’ll believe me when I return the papers showing zero income but it’s is true. Probably assume I’m a drug dealer but that’s not the case. Will they calculate child support using minimum wage anyway, wait for me to default, and then send me to jail? How should I proceed? Will they try to extract $ from my domestic partner? Vietnam Veteran.

How did you manage to buy a time share a little over a year ago? http://forum.freeadvice.com/consumer-contracts-guarantees-warranties-22/timeshare-rescission-letter-not-received-415059.html
