My husband pays $800 per month in child support. His daughter is going to college in Sept 2009. Will his continued child support cover her college or is he expected to pay additional monies for her education?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Tell him to register.
Tell him to have his court order for CS right there so he can type exactly, word-for-word, what it reads.

To answer your question , he would go to the records room with the docket # and proper ID , and request a copy .
