What is the name of your state? Nevada

If the noncustodial parent lives in Nevada and the Custodial Parent lives in Washington, how does the noncustodial parent make changes to the support order?

Can it be done from NCP state? Can it be handled by phone?

The support amount is $1000 a month but income = $1600 a month It needs to be adjusted...
When was the current order issued?

Has there been a drastic change in income or has the support always been too high?

How many children are there?
