What is the name of your state? NJ
My ex-husband is the father of our children. He plans to go to court to ask that my separated husband's income be added to mine for a change in child support distribution. My husband and I have been separated since 1997 and do not share income. Can the income of a separated spouse be included in my income?

no it cannot be, unless- I think you are recieving alimony.....but seeing as you are not yet divorced I don't think that would be an issue

Thank you for replying. I have not received any alimony. I have worked full-time for years receiving more than minimum wage. I file as head of household.
