What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ALABAMA,I owe 1300.00 in back support which i pay 600.00 per month,May of 2009,I'll be finish with that.the interest is about 14,600.all the kids are 24,22,20.How can i get the interest drop once i have paid the arrears.I live in seattle,wa.And I've been going too court every year with this case can you give some advise. THANKS

You should have paid the arrears on time and then you would not have had interest. Don't look to at being able to get the interest dropped.

The child support system operates independently of God, you must follow their rules, they charge interest
