What is the name of your state? NJ

The Mother (CP) lives in CT. The Father (NCP) lives in NJ. Mother is moving to NC. NCP pays child support for CP.

Will the Mother moving from CT to NC change how the child support is calculated?

It shouldn't

Assuming it is a New Jersey order, then no, it doesn't matter where you live.

once mom and kiddo's have resided in NC for six months she can petition for NC to accept a foreign order, as neither party resides in CT anymore.

What this means is North Carolina will enforce the CONNECTICUT custody and support order. the guidelines will pretty much stay as Connecticut made them. this keeps parents from 'shopping" fo rbetter deals for support and visitation.
