Child Support Medical Expense Question

My ex according to divorce agreement pays 100 % of medical expenses. He is wanting to modify this. I have been paying the First $100 of children medical expenses not covered by insurance. My attorney says this is in KRS 416. I just don't understand this. Says it is case law??

If I have to start paying % of medical expenses will I still have pay first $100 and then a % after this? Any help in would be appreciated
