Based on what you have posted, you are not going to get the support amount lowered.

Unfortunetly, Louisiana does not give the NCP credit for other children. So basically, by what you've said, you arent getting a reduction. You can get a free consult with a lawyer and they will tell you the same thing.

How often do you see the child? If you have the child more than 73 days a year, you can get a reduction based on your visitation with the child, and the more days over 73 you have, the higher the reduction.
