What is the name of your state?PA

My Ex husband has filed for Social Security disablility and has not made his support obligation, I would like to know if there is anything I will be able to do to enforce his court order.

It depends on whether he will be recieving SSI or SSDI.

If its SSDI your children will be entitled to their own separate benefits, which are designed to replace child support.
