child support and social security disability

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I recently began recieving social security disability. My ex is recieving a ss payment for my son. Child support has an income witholding order on my disability check for arrears
MY ssd is 1337.00
current child support is 238.00
arrears 121.80 the total is 7000.00
my sons check is 668.90
when you add it all together there is 310.00 left over from my sons check.
Any way, can I get this witholding from my check removed?

You will need to file for a modification of the CS order. Take the SSDI paperwork w/you, showing what Son is getting under dependent benefits. CSE should consider those dependent benefits as CS.
