Hi. I am on limited income. I work a part time job, and am on Social Security Disability of 520.00 a month. I am the mom, non custodial. Do I have to pay 20% on the social security benefits I receive?

Are you recieving SSDI, or is it SSI?

If it is SSDI your child will be eligible for benefits from SS also.

In some situations the child's benefits can be credited to whatever amount the NCP must pay. You should get a consult with an attorney to find out if your situation might qualify for that credit toward any CS ordered.
