I was divorced in Florida, but have lived in Missouri for the past 2 years. My ex was supposed to pay a fixed amount of college money for time spent in school. He has not and I would like to know how to go about collecting for my son.

File contempt of court in the original county and state, in other words, in Florida.

Will I have to go there? Will have to pay legal fees? What agency would I contact?

Thanks for the advice. :)
