What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
What happens after the NCP is found to be in contempt of court and was sentenced to jail and is going to be getting out soon?

Parents should remember 3 things: Love your kids more than you hate your ex; when you have children the relationship with the other parent is until death; your children determine what type of nursing home you end up in.
Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship.

posting Hx is likely helpful.
Likely. Personally, I've had trouble finding it. I don't know if it's me or a glitch since they've redone everything. (I usually suspect it's me.)
From what I can gather, OP has a disabled son, NCP was around $17,000 when OP was last here in August or so when trying to get NCP to show up to court to face contempt charges. Apparently OP was successful.

Probably but I was not going to go asearching at that point in time. I figure if the OP really wanted more detail then the OP could provide facts. My answer was a very vague broad answer based on the fact that court orders are meant to be followed. Will the NCP follow the court order? I have no clue. Maybe not.
