Court Order - Not CS

I have filed for a modification of support due to entering child into a daycare/preschool program, past due medical, and lack of payment on "court ordered" support - $100.00 mo. The monthly payment did not go through the CS system, it was to be paid directly until July then nothing since then, can I still get this added to arrears?

As Long as they were court Ordered , and not paid , they are arrears .

If you go through a collection agency , bring the arrears up .
